The good news is that building a lot of muscle is relatively easy. All you need to do is to train enough to create micro tears in your muscles (and a build-up of metabolites), rest a lot and consume LARGE amounts of protein and carbs. And burning fat is relatively simple too. For most of us, it's a matter of calculating our metabolic rate (perhaps speeding it up a little) and then restricting calories or doing cardio. The problem though is that these two activities are completely opposed to one another.
For many people, living a healthy lifestyle is all about getting the best out of your body, and with that choice comes a rise in your confidence. However, some people are not as lucky. Some people are externally motivated, and do not view themselves as important enough to work on. There is a lack of confidence in their own abilities that can completely derail their chances and plans of living a healthy lifestyle, and it’s all due to the way they have been conditioned to think.
We’ve all heard plenty about how working out causes dopamine to be released in the brain, offering you pleasure and satisfaction in return for your hard work. But despite knowing this, it is not always easy to get started. It all seems like a big effort when there are so many easier ways to get our kicks. And this same paradox is true for exotic fruits as well.
